It feels like March 2020 was about 150 years ago and we also can’t quite believe that it’s almost June. We all know how much has happened over the last few months and probably, like us, you have gone through a lot of ups and downs in a time of uncertainty, confusion and determination to make a difference in whatever way we possibly can.
During these exceptional times, we, like most business, had to make various changes to the way we deliver our security training courses to learners across the globe. Thankfully, we’ve found a way to ensure that as a group we can help all our learners with their professional development – so we want to share what has changed over the last few months. We want to give you a quick update about when our classroom training will resume, and we also wanted to say thank you for your ongoing support.
A surge in online training
As a result of all classroom-based training being postponed until July 2020, we naturally saw a great increase in our online training courses. In fact, since March we have seen an 88% increase in online training courses across the group.
Some of our most demanded online courses include; BTEC Level 5 CCTV Systems Design, their BTEC Level 5 Professional Practices of Network Design, Intruder and Perimeter Alarms BTEC Level 3 course as well as our brand new Technical Security Training bundles. Our learners have been able to work towards their desired qualifications and gain vital CPD points throughout.
Our sister company, PerpetutiyARC Training, is also continuing all their learners with their vast range of online training programmes, to ensure that everyone is in the best possible position for when we’re starting ‘the new normal’. From the Security Institute security management courses, our ASIS CPP, PSP and APP training courses, security professionals around the globe have been able to continue their professional development path.
When is classroom training coming back?
One thing is certain, we all miss our fantastic classroom training! As a group, we have been working very hard behind the scenes to ensure that our wide range of classroom training can once again be delivered according to the government guidelines ensuring everyone’s safety.

We, like most of you, are very much looking forward to welcoming learners back into our classrooms, once it is safe to do so – just keep an eye out on our websites and social media channels for any updates.
Last but not least – thank you!
At the beginning of the year, we had great plans in place for the growth of our companies, and nobody could have predicted the situation we are in globally. We all know how tough it has been – COVID-19 has changed everything for us overnight. However, one thing we as a group have been so incredibly amazed by is the support everyone has given each other – and not just within the security industry.
We would like to say a big THANK YOU to you all for the continued support during this strange time. Whatever’s next, the Linx International Group will continue to help all of our learners to gain their qualifications, progress within their career, and take their next step within their professional development.
