The skills you will learn whilst taking this Managing CCTV Control Rooms training course will give you a high level of expertise to perform as an accomplished control room manager.
From selection and screening of staff to developing a CCTV system, this course is the ideal choice for all those looking to establish their knowledge of CCTV Control rooms supported by a tutor providing hands-on experience in the training centre.
Upon completion of the course you will be able to operate and maximise the performance of your control room, equipment and staff, and also gain the ability to implement new control room procedures or update and improve existing operations and practices.
As this is a Level 4 course, some previous knowledge of control room would be beneficial, either through work experience or having taken one of our other control room training courses.
The course carries a BTEC Level 4 Award – an industry-recognised qualification for anyone seeking career opportunities in the electronic security sector. By holding this qualification, you demonstrate to your clients and colleagues you have established skills in CCTV Control Room Management.
